Welcome to the Out of School Daycare Program. 

Before your child can begin the Out of School Program, please print out and complete the Registration Form Click Here and contact the Daycare at 635-3505. 

Please keep in mind that if you register for Full-Time, we expect your child/children on a full time basis and you will be charged accordingly.  If for any reason your child/children are not going to be at Daycare,(e.g. they go home after school with a friend or you pick them up from school) you must notify the Office so we don't spend time in the afternoon trying to locate them.  This also holds true for Part-Time Status.  If we are not notified and we spend time looking for your child/children, you will be charged for 1 hour of service.  If your child is absent from school, you DO NOT need to notify Daycare, we get a daily list of absent students.  You are still responsible for payment of these days. 

If your child does not attend St. Stephen Martyr, you must notify the Daycare that your child will be absent. 
If we are not notified and we spend time going to pick-up your child/children, you will be charged for 1 hour of service.

REGISTRATION FEES
School year registration fee is $15.00 for the first child and $5.00 for each additional child.  There is no registration fee for drop-in status, however we must have a completed registration form on file.

ANNUAL CALENDAR
We are open and closed based on the St. Stephen Martyr School Calendar.  (If School is closed and we are open, and you use the Daycare for the full day, there will be an extra charge per child).  We do not follow the Jefferson County or any other school calendar.  We will open on all St. Stephen Martyr Professional Days, In-Service Days, Conferences, etc.  We will also be open on some Holidays such as Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Derby Eve, and Good Friday.  We will not be open on Holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July and a decision about Spring Break and Christmas Break will be determined by the Daycare Staff based on the need of the parents.
