Information the school will need to enroll a new student

Please bring the following information with you to registration for each child you will be enrolling.

1.  Copy of Original Birth Certificate from the Dept of
     Vital Statisics.

2.  Copy of Social Security Card

3.  Original Copy of Baptismal Certificate from Church that
     baptised Child.

Please note that there will be a Registration fee per family based on Child/Children Registering:

$125.00 Registration fee per family with a child registering for Kindergarten.
($100.00 of fee will be applied to 2005-2006 Book fee) 

Or

$100.00 Registration fee per family without a child
registering for Kindergarten.
(This fee will be applied to your 2005-2006 Book Bill)  
There is only One Registration Fee per Family.
