Lifelong Formation & Education Committee: The mission of the Lifelong Formation & Education Committee is to facilitate communications and guidance between the Lifelong Formation & Education subcommittees and the members of the Parish and Parish Council.

Adult Enrichment Team: Parishioners plan and coordinate adult educational and enrichment opportunities such as the annual Parish mission, Scripture study and other events.
Catechist-CRE (Christian Religious Education): This ministry provides assistance in teaching Catholic religious education to those children not attending parochial school.

Catechist-RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation-Children): RCIC is the process by which a child is taught (catechized) and welcomed into the Church as a full member. The goal is to bring children of catechetical age (7+) into full Communion with the Church.
Expectant Mothers Ministry: This new ministry is based on Mary's visitation with Elizabeth during pregnancy. This ongoing group of expectant mothers meet to share Scripture, prayer and support. Non-parishioners are also invited to participate and share.
Infant Baptism Preparation Couples: Couples help with the instruction of parents and godparents of children being presented for Baptism. Two sessions are held and include a rehearsal.
InterParish CRE (Christian Religious Education): This ministry is a multi-parish cooperative providing religious education for children not attending a parochial school and children preparing for Easter sacraments through RCIA for children.

Marriage Preparation Couples: Married couples mentor engaged couples that are scheduled to be married at St. Stephen Martyr.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults): RCIA is the process through which adults are fully initiated into the Catholic faith community. These adults are prepared to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and/or Eucharist at the Easter Vigil.
School Volunteer: Under the direction of school staff or faculty, volunteers are needed to assist the students of St. Stephen Martyr in living out their Catholic faith. This is done by providing quality instruction in a friendly, caring environment.
Vacation Bible School Volunteer: Assist the VBS coordinator in carrying out this summer program for children. Areas include: story telling, arts & crafts, games, refreshments, musicians, song leaders & prayer leaders.
