St. Stephen Martyr

Mission
We, the people of Saint Stephen Martyr, having formed a
community of faith in the Roman Catholic Tradition in union with our Pastor and
the Archbishop of Louisville, call one another to be faithful to our
Baptism. We dedicate ourselves to living and spreading the Gospel of Our
Lord Jesus Christ and strive to establish a true spirit of family through
Worship, Administration, Lifelong Formation and Education, Parish Life, Social
Concerns, and Stewardship in order to address the needs of Parish members and
our community.
We strive to
be Good News Disciples to our neighbors so as to bring peace and harmony to our
community. We are aware that without God we can do nothing. We ask
for the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the courage of Saint Stephen Martyr, our
patron, so that all of our endeavors will reflect God's glory and honor.
We commit ourselves to return thanks through responsible stewardship of all of
God's gift.
