The story we will be reading next week is “I’m a Caterpillar.” The phonic skill we will be covering is the –r controlled –er, -ir, -ur and contractions ‘s, ‘ve and ‘re.
The comprehension skill we will be looking at is draw conclusions.

Notes:
- January Book It information went home at the beginning of the month. Please remember it is due in no later than Tuesday, January 31st.
- Permission slips for the Planetarium trip are due in tomorrow Thursday, January 26th.
- The children are expected to take an A/R test weekly, so please make sure they read an A/R book to take a test. Please ensure that the book your child is reading is an A/R book by looking it up on www.arbookfind.com.
