The story we will be reading next week is “Where Are My Animal Friends?” The phonic skill we will be covering is comparative endings and –dge, -j. The comprehension skill we will be looking at sequence.
Math: Skip counting by 2’s, 5’s and 10’s even and odd numbers.
Writing and recognizing numbers 1-100
A test over 10 and 1’s and numbers to 100.
Team Time: Solar System test will be Wednesday, February 8th. Planet project due Monday, February 13th.
Notes:
- The children are expected to take an A/R test weekly, so please make sure they read an A/R book to take a test. Please ensure that the book your child is reading is an A/R book by looking it up on www.arbookfind.com.
