About Mrs. Carter

I have taught school for 17 years.  I have been teaching here at SSM for 16 years.  I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Education from the University of Louisville.

I have been married to Joe for the past 21 years and we have a daughter, Delaney, who is a 6th grade student here at SSM.

I helped create the Team Time concept, where 1st and 2nd grade science and social studies are taught by both the 1st and 2nd grade teachers.

I love being part of this school.  The staff is great, as well as the parents.  We have always had terrific teachers who want to try to help the kids at SSM be the Best!
