4A and 4B have worked on a new set of vocabulary cards for chapter B2.
4B an 4A have started the chapter on force and motion.
Both classes have explored the concept of work. W=FxD
The 6 simple machines have been introduced. We will be searching for examples of the six simple machines in everyday life.
4B WILL DO THIS TOMORROW

If you have any magazines, catalouges, newspaper ads, etc. please send them in. They will be making a booklet with examples.

Social Studies

There will be a test on chapter 1 next Wednesday. A study guide was completed in class and discussed.

10. One theme of geography is the the physical part. List 8 examples of physical characteristics.

11. Why have cities grown up along rivers? Give 3 examples and explain why they have caused people to move near a river.

12. Read the region section on p.5. Write 2-3 paragraphs describing physical and human characteristics of the region where you live.

Religion

The class was divided into groups to work on a video skit promoting the fourth commandment. Hopefully they can view it next week.
Class project will be completed tomorrow in class
