This year in fifth and sixth grade Language Arts, the students will be participating in various activities, field trips,  projects, and will be discussing the following topics: grammar, reading comprehension, spelling/vocabulary, writing methods and composition styles.  Daily homework and studying will be assigned for the various topics covered during the day.  Most days students will have vocab related homework, english assignments, and should be reading almost every night of the week.  Monthly book reports will be due around the 15th of each month and are always due on Wednesdays.  One extra credit book report can be completed each grading period.  Any questions and comments can be emailed after referring to the contact page.
