The purpose of the Administration Committee is to facilitate communications and guidance between the Administration subcommittees and the members of the Parish and Parish Council.


Collection Counters

    Parishioners gather on Monday morning and count the weekend Mass offerings and     

    prepare funds for deposit.


Facilities and Grounds Maintenance

    This committee volunteers to work on parish grounds and facilities doing such things as

    mowing, leaf removal, hedge trimming, planting flowers,carpentry,electrical and plumbing.


Finance Audit Committee Member  

    The mission of this committee is to perform financial and procedural audits of Parish 

     accounts and organizations.  They report findings to the Financial Advisory Board.


Groundskeeping & Gardening
     This committee volunteers to work on parish grounds and facilities doing things such as gardening,
     weeding, watering, mowing, leaf removal, hedge trimming, painting, carpentry, electrical and
     plumbing.

Parish Office Volunteer

    Individuals possessing phone, computer or clerical skills volunteer their time to assist     

    the Parish office as needed.


Parish Summer Picnic Opportunities (Booth Chairperson/Picnic Volunteer)

    Chairpersons and volunteers give of their time and talent to assist in the organization 

    and operation of the Parish Summer Picnic. Sign-up sheets can be found in the back of

    church prior to our July picnic.


School Advisory Board (SAC)

    This group is a consultative body that serves as a policy review and development     

    committee for the parish school. It is an advisory group to the pastor and principal.


Strategic Planning and Marketing (Long Range Planning Committee)

    This committee researches and develops a Strategic Plan for the parish.  Working 

    closely with the Ways and Means Committee, this committee provides input on how the 

    events supported by Ways and Means align with the Strategic Plan.  This committee also

    assembles a promotional calendar to support parish events, including the development 

    of a communication plan for each event and identification of talent to support the 

    place.


Technology Committee Member

    Parishioners needed with expertise in computers, local area networks, telephone 

    systems, website design and maintenance serve as consultants for Parish and School 

    technology issues.


Website Administrator

    This person would be responsible for updating current events and data into the various 

    pages of our website and making changes to all information as needed.
